Front doors do not close tightly. Severe road/wind noise at normal highway speeds. Noise worsened on outside door when turning (turn to right - left door noise increases). I am concerned about the integrity of the door attachment mechanism. Problem existed since vehicle was new, but becomes more pronounced with time.

12 passenger vehicle does not come equipped with any door ajar warning system. While driving door came open because it was not properly closed, someone almost fell out. Also, there was no warning.
