2002 Chevrolet Express. The contact stated the spare tire is secured by straps, and one of the straps came off the vehicle. There was no one behind the contact's vehicle. Therefore, no one was injured. The spare tire had been used a year ago. The manufacturer stated this happened regularly. Also, the tire came off at this time and that tire was lost. The contact purchased another tire. It was located in the back of the vehicle.
