Update from Jun 24, 2012: Our lawyers are pursuing the lemon law on this HHR. You MUST have been without your vehicle for 30 days within the first 18 months of the NEW car purchase....IT DOES NOT have to be for the same problem...as long as the dealership had it for 30 days....YOU HAVE A LEMON! Get a lawyer and for SAFETY ISSUES/COMPLAINTS CALL NHTSA TO LOG COMPLAINTS. MAKE IT A RECALL BY PHONE: Call the Hotline, Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm (888) 327-4236
