I bought my car new and excepted paint job to last more than 3 years. All the paint is gone from around my wheels. chips everywhere else took in o the dealer they said to get if fixed under warranty rust has to have caused holes. no help

This car is starting to chip and rust already even though there's not much salt on roads in winter. Either the paint is poor quality or these panels are just not made well enough to tolerate weather and debris that flies off the road.
