Hi,

I've been searching thru the internet about how to fix a chevy impala that has an issue with traction and ABS.. So far I have not found the right certain solution. The Traction system would kick in when i hit gas gently or normally! sometimes it doesn't but most of the time it does. Now, I turn off the traction system when i drive so i wouldn't get annoyed. Another problem is that the traction system and ABS light would come on together and it says on the dash board to service both break assist (ABS) and Traction. The last problem ive been facing is that my speedometer would go from 0 to 20, and sometimes 30 miles even though the car is just sitting there (not moving) and the gear is on Park. It also does it when the gear is on N or D while im hitting breakes and the car is still. So I dont know if all of these thing are related to each other. I would appreciate any kind of help or advice. Some of the solutions I have seen on the internet that some mechanics have advised people having the dame car and the same problems to change the wheel bearing. They did that, but two or three weeks later the problem came back, so that tells me its not the hub/wheel bearing that is causing these problems! I dont know if its the harness wire or not. I appreciate your advice and help.

Thank you in advance.
