I was a seated driver driving to work and I tried to pass a driver in front of me that was driving reckless. As I began to pass the car they swerved towards me and I hit the gravel and lost control of the car and began to spin and hit the pavement then gravel again and began to flip several times before slamming into the field. I hit my head on the stirring wheel twice and I the air bags never deployed. I was going 60 miles per hour. I had head and neck injuries.

Information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). I was involved in a frontal impact accident yesterday going approx.. 35mph and my airbag did not deploy. I sustained injuries to my left side of my neck, shoulder, arm and back as I took the full impact of the crash with my body. I had my seatbelt on, thank god. I have a 2007 Chevy Impala that I bought from enterprise in 2007. I just saw an article from 8/2009 where suits are being raised against enterprise regarding 2006-2008 Chevy Impala and airbags whose seventh VIN number is a 5. can you tell me if I have cause for concern?
