My 2011 Impala has fallen victim to the wiring harness burn out due to the Rear Window Defogger. Took it to the dealer, today and had a great surprise...… GM no longer manufactures the wiring harness, anymore. So therefore, our cars are disposable! That is right; should something else go wrong with the harness, we don't have any others to replace it. I have sent an email to GM, and explained my discord with the fact that with no longer manufacturing the part, that they have in essence made our cars disposable, and that many of us cannot afford to replace our vehicles. So sad that GM's thought was to eliminate the part, but not really come up with a fix for the problem.
