Impala LTZ 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 65,000 miles

When I go to start the car, it doesn't start right away and when it does start, the clock always resets to 12:00. Battery charging system and the battery came back good and there is nothing wrong with the alternator, what seems to be the issue?

There is nothing plugged in-------the ghost lights have been checked -- shut off -- reconnected --- rechecked at the dealership --- it is not the ghost lights ---- The LoJack checked --turned off -- replaced --- battery checked and replaced -- hooked up electrically often at the dealership -- can't seem to find the problem with it -----
