Impala LT V9

  • Automatic transmission
  • 72,000 miles

I can not believe how poorly this car is made and how the manufacturer and the dealer do not care. There is no service or satisfaction after the sale!!! No more Chevrolet's for me and my family!!! Very sad......More than 50 years of purchasing them.

Impala LT V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 92,000 miles

Went to the Chevrolet Dealership to get rear view mirror glued back on and after 30 minutes of waiting after being told it was a 35.00 charge to have them reapply mirror, I was told I needed to take it to a windshield glass company because they don't do that. I went to Lee @ Cates and they told me I needed to have the dealership repair it because it should have never came off in the first place because of the type of epoxy and primer that's on the windshield and because of all the sensors.
