Impala LT 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 54,000 miles

Every time I turn around something is going on with my car. I'm almost done paying for it so I didn't want to get another bill. My windows keep fogging. I didn't know why went in trunk to get my tire jack and it's full of water and mold smelling. This is ridiculous. You guys did a poor ass job making this car.

Impala LTZ V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 27,000 miles

Car is in the shop now. Smell started 3/15. The worst mildew/mold smell I've smelled before. So bad I had to roll windows down to drive. Shop called today and said there is no water in the trunk and they found 8 or 9 pieces of dry cat food and said that was causing the smell and I had to pay for cleaning. I responded that was LUDICROUS and I could understand a rancid smell only had MOISTURE gotten into the trunk to create a rotting situation. Said they would do leak test later, and of course said there are no leaks but agreed to clean and steam the trunk boards free of charge.
