COST OVER $600 TO FIX CHROME TRIM. IF IT WAS PUT ON RIGHT AT THE FACTORY IT WOULD NOT HAVE COME OFF.

Impala 2LT 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,000 miles

My wife noticed that the chrome trim around the rear quarter window was peeling on the driver side and so we took it into the dealer and they said they would glue the trim back on. I walked around to the other side and was able to peel off the trim on the other quarter window in front of all the service techs and the dealership owner. Paid $30,000 for that quality of work..!? They glued the window trim back on and then ordered new quarter windows..

With all the other computer and electrical issues we're having with the car we're trading up for a foreign car..
