rear suspension arm snapped

2002 Chevy Malibu 4 dr 6 cyl: ( DEATH TRAP) -manufacturer defect: turn signals & hazards -manufacturer defect: heating/cooling system -manufacturer defect: head gasket -manufacturer defect: leaking steering box -manufacturer defect: power controls on drivers door panel ( I will go back and add topic for each later. Am seeking info on others reporting rear suspension catastrophic failure )

**vehicle was TOTALED last month in a horrible freeway crash where the rear suspension arm on drivers side SNAPPED IN TWO ! Vehicle was pitched rear end first into concrete center divider, then rebounded off wall in a violent spin across 4 lanes of traffic. Hit twice more by oncoming traffic. Came to rest on the right shoulder facing opposite direction. I believe it was caused by a faulty rear suspension arm.
