The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who replaced the screws and the fuse box. The contact also experienced a failure with the power steering. The steering wheel was tight and the contact experienced extreme difficulty turning the steering wheel left or right. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who replaced the steering column. The remedy corrected the failure.
