Malibu LTZ 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 25,000 miles

I purchased my 2009 Malibu LTZ new and within 10k miles both sun visor mirror covers would fall off every time they were opened, I took the vehicle to the dealer to replace the sun visors, which of course they did not have in stock so I had to make another trip for the actual repair and within 30 days of the replacement ,the driver’s side visor did the exact same thing…sooo back to the dealer I went – I wait for the visor to be replaced, I didn’t check it before I drove off the lot, about 5 minutes after I left I open the mirror and what do you know???....the mirror is shattered! Ugh the frustration! I call the dealer and they said they would replace it but that I would have to come back another day because of course they don’t have them in stock. Multiple trips to the dealer for something that should have been designed better and/or fixed correctly the first time isn’t something I expected.

I know the mirror seems like a small thing but I have had multiple other problems with my interior - mostly squeaking from multiple places that drives me nuts!
