Hello My name is Patricia Cleveland and I just purchase my first chevy Malibu 2015 from enterprise. I love this car everything about it was and still makes me happy being in it and walking towards it. However, there is a major problem with the defrost, I can't seem to get windows to defrost its like driving a cloud, its very difficult to see out of this chalk film and just recently I almost hit someone crossing the street because I can see clearly out the passenger side. I know there was a recall on the 2014 for the same issue but when I called the 2015 was not included. I was told to go to a dealer but I would have to pay out of pocket. I just purchase this car in August 2016 and with 48,000 miles car is new I have to pay for something that malfunctioning. Please help I hate to trade the car in.
