Like all complaints going to GM dealer is a complete waste of your time. If it is not in the computer and you can not reproduce the problem for the dealer they will not even try to troubleshoot the problem. Ed the voice called about the bad ratting that I gave dealer and asked me to take it back and they said same thing again also saying that I was driving car wrong. Well guess what, I am. Because next car WILL NOT BE GM. It's not my job in life to argue with someone that does not care about me or my family.
