While driving consumer heard a knocking noise from the vehicle engine. Consumer took vehicle for service. Mechanic indicated that the type of oil used is not heavy enough to lubricate the bearings which results in engine damage. Consumer states that" this was the type of oil told to use in the vehicle owner's manual".
