The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the accelerator pedal became unresponsive and the steering wheel seized causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle and crash. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the back, neck and the head that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
