Starter hang-up: I purchased a 2001 Monte Carlo ls in May 2001 and sometime during the first week of having this vehicle I noticed that there was some type of starter hang-up, whenever I try to start the car, the starter return spring is not making the clutch assembly return, it hangs up and cause the car to make a noise as if you have started your car with the engine running. The number of times this has happen is to many to count.
