Intermittent P0122 DTC: Check your throttle body housing seal where it meets the throttle body. If worn or damaged replace it. GM # 96455810 is a $5 part. This was the P0122 DTC issue on my 2005 Chev Optra (Canada) sister car made by Daewoo in South Korea.

Update from Nov 28, 2019: Here's a MANDATORY / NECESSARY fix for your P0122 and/or P1122 and P0342 DTC on Korean made cars, After replacing the TPS Throttle Position Sensor, you have to pull the TCM fuse with car key in ignition off position for 5 minutes, then replace TCM fuse, clear ECM codes, take a drive, leave in D gear only for 250 - 500 miles. Do not use the hold or do any sport shifting for 250-500 miles. Best to pull ECM fuse(s) too at same time for 5 minutes as ECM and TCM work together.
