Bolts holding exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold fell out on their own. Engine exhausted under hood and into driver compartment instead of out tailpipe. Dealership claimed it was bad manifold cost $300, midas replaced bolts that fell out for free. Never had this happen on any vehicle before. Usually they rust in place. F
