Customer called on Sept 24, 2020. Service consultant advised, she was still waiting on the delivery of the parts. Customer spoke with service consultant on October 1, 2020. Customer was advised again by service consultant that she is still waiting on the parts. Hung up phone and called customer back within 5 minutes, and said her parts was here, her vehicle will be ready by 4:30pm the 1st. I knew that was impossible. So, I went in on October 2, 2020 between 4:30pm-5:00pm. I paid my ticket price of $1,912.81 with a credit card. Twenty minutes later, I was told my vehicle wouldn't start. My vehicle is still there. I have a 2002 Chevrolet S10 ZR2. It has had many problems in the front end, it was eventually discovered to have numerous cracks and broken welds, mostly on the right side. At this point GM has offered a 70/30 split on repairs, which we reluctantly agreed to because we needed the vehicle repaired. Now that the frame has been haphazardly repaired by a different dealer, because the dealer that we purchased it from refused to look at it, we feel that it is still a safety hazard and we are trying to get it repaired correctly. We want proper repairs for our vehicle, but, to also alert others that there may be problems with the ZR2 frames. The original frame is still in the possession of turnpike Chevrolet in nitro, wv.

Noticed several days after purchase truck leaning 1.5 inches on drivers side, front and rear. Contacted dealer, they instructed to bring in after 1500 miles. Brought in at 2600 miles. After 1.5 months, dealer repair was to put stronger springs on left front, left rear, arch rear springs and fabricate shims (2) which were placed between frame and body. GM calls this fixed. I am not satisfied, and concerned about vehicle handling and safety possibly comprimised.
