had this noise coming from the rear of the truck, grinding noise shortly after driving from marine where i purchased it, to georgia where i was moving to temporarily. had some co workers listen for it and they all agreed it was coming from the rear of the truck. was only making the noise when i accelerated. dealership said the gears inside were eating themselves. dealership replaced all of the inner workings and even the case cover.
