Silverado K1500 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 185,000 miles

I go to start it and nothing happens. All dash lights come on but no click or anything. Try a bunch of times (taking key out) or just turning off and try to start nothing then all of a sudden it starts like nothing ever happened.New battery installed also and checked it and its good.

Silverado 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 161,500 miles

At times it will not even turnover or try to start . Sometimes it will pull my battery down over night . I put a new battery on it that did not help any. I really like the truck . I'm just tired of the starting problem . Can anyone tell me what the hell is wrong with it ?

Silverado 4.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 87,000 miles

I was driving down the highway and the truck just stopped like I had turned off the key while driving. Everything else still worked just the truck would not start. Key would not ignite any spark. Put in new ignition switch and ignition and starter relay and still nothing. Any ideas out there?
