Silverado LT 5.3L V8

My gauge read 1/4 tank left with 100 mile range when I ran out of gas. Some friendly locals helped me out with a gas can. I went to the gas station and filled the tank, and the gauge only read 1/2 tank to start, climbing to 3/4 tank by the time I got home.

Silverado LS 4.8

Gauge stopped working intermittently. Pulled fuel pump, replaced fuel level sensor, still didn't work properly. Pulled fuel pump again and replaced entire unit, fixed for now.
