Whoever came up with the second safety lock for lowering the spare tire needs their nut sack ripped off. After trying to lower my spare for 2.5 hours in the cold, laying in the snow, only to fail,,,, this was only a flat tire people, a simple fix,,,,,,,, I can only hope your company has gotten rid of this moron that came up with this release system. I am very disappointed in your product. I can only hope no one has a real emergency and needs to change there tire in a hurry!!!!!!!!!! FORDS are looking pretty good at this point......
