lost number 1 piston and rings

This truck has only 50000 miles on it (2011), Was to be my retirement truck, Engine light came on took it to Gee dealership in Spokane Valley, Was told the number one piston needed to be replaced, I was told all of the other pistons may have to be replaced at some point, I asking them to replace the engine today, We'll see how that works out.
