problem #1

Silverado 1500 W/T 4.8L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

AROUND APRIL OF 2012 MY FATHER AND I PURCHASED TWO NEW CHEVYS. I PURCHASED THE 2012 CHEVY SILVERADO BRAND NEW. WHEN I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT I COULD HEAR THE RATTLING IN THE DASH. I HAVE HAD IT TO THE GARAGE THREE TIMES, ALL THREE TIMES THEY COULD HEAR THE RATTLE BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE IT. FINALY I REPORTED IT TO CHEVY COMPLAINT DEPT, WHO THEN STATED THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH A RESOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM. AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS OF NOT HEARING BACK FROM THEM I DECIDED TO CALL THEM, THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. SO NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS BRAND NEW TRUCK THAT HAS MORE NOISES THAN THE 2001 CHEVY SILVERADO WITH 150,000 MILES THAT I TRADED IN ON IT. MY FAMILY HAS BOUGHT CHEVYS ALL OUR LIVES, BUT BECAUSE OF THE COMPANIES INABILITY TO FIX THE PROBLEM WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE.

THE COMPLAINT DEPT AT GM IS ABSOLUTLY WORTHLESS
