The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that an abnormal banging noise was heard from the rear of the vehicle. The noise was a distraction to the contact's hearing. The vehicle was driven to coughlin Chevrolet (1850 N 21st St, newark, oh 43055, (740) 334-4873), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage and VIN were unknown.
