Truck was just over 3 years old. Put in auto 4wd going up steep gravel driveway. Became stuck in 4x4, it did not matter what I did with dial. Got warning on DIC stating service 4wd and stabilitrak. Took it to dealer and was charged 400 dollars for a software update put out by Chevrolet because of this known issue. Dealer would not work with me on cost. Contacted Chevrolet because it's a known issue with a software update to fix per the dealer. Software updates on Phones, Computers and other electronics are not at customer cost - they are free to fix know problems by the developers. GM states they do not see it the same. You need to pay if you want your 51,000 dollar truck to work as it should. They do not back product at all. Beware of GM. Will never buy one of their products again.
