Silverado 2500 4WD 8-cyl

My driver's side seatbelt consistently gets stuck and won't come out. Also both my front windows are broken. The mechanism that moves them up and down has broken and they now fall down into the door as a result. There was no accident or incident of any kind to initiate these problems.

Silverado 2500 8-cyl

Concerns with the driver side seat beat. Where the latch comes up through the seat there are 2 steel cables that connect the seat belt to the frame. One of the cables has broken and the other is wearing. On the portion of the seat that comes across the body there is a plastic the shield fraying 1/4 way through of the nylon seat belt. The seat was hanging, the consumer looked to see why and saw all the damage.
