Silverado 2500 4WD 8-cyl Diesel

  • 59,000 miles
2006 Chevrolet Silverado 6.6 liter turbo diesel. Transmission cooler lines are leaking. Both the lower trans. Cooler line and trans. Cooler line from the radiator to the aux. Truck has 59 000 miles on it. Issue has been repaired by dealer that informed that this should not happen and that lines quality are to blame definitely not wear and tear( ref model and mileage).why is there no factory recall on this failure?
