The contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 equipped with federal couragia A/T tires, size: LT245/75R16 120/116Q 10pr. While driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle started to wobble. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that all four tire shoulders separated. The four tires were replaced, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate tire failure mileage was 12,000 and the vehicle failure mileage was 38,000.
