The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. He was using the jack, and had the jack shaft placed on the jack mount. The jack shaft bent, causing it to slip off of the mount and damage the truck. Almost caused the consumer to be stuck under the truck. The contact did not feel that the jack weight was intended for this truck. The dealership recommended that he call the manufacturer.
