The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. The contact stated that the heated seats in the vehicle would automatically activate and would not turn off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the driver door module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
