Daughter reported that her radio would turn off by itself. Took vehicle to King Chevrolet. Was told they found no code indicating a problem and could not duplicate issue. While cleaning the vehicle my daughter's fiance' found a loose wiring harness connect. After he pushed the connections together the issue stopped.

First off i hate the radio on this car, seriously you have to download and pay for an app to get gps. It is always resetting itself. It either resets to channel one or it doesn't detect signal at all. The dealership says its because its updating but I dont think it updates multiple times a day. I HARE THIS CAR
