Engine wouldn't start. Towed to dealer. Started and dealer couldn't find problem. Stated it was probably fuel pump since had seen this before. Finally failed after surging and dying during drive. Found "burned" (said darkened insulation) wiring harness which damaged other components from fuel pump to engine

The vehicle had caught fire twice due to an electrical short in the wires & being overloaded. Also, fuse box caught fire twice & had to be replaced.
