Suburban Z71 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 70,000 miles

Just replaced both differentials last year for $2000, now another $1000. for a vehicle that was traded in by a former employee of the dealership. Makes me wonder if there were known problems as we spent about $4000 on fixing items on this p.o.s.

Suburban 1500 5.6L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 93,400 miles

SEALED WHEEL ASSEMBLIES (BEARINGS) FAILED AT 93,000 MILES. I HAVE HAD EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS WITH MY LAST TWO SUBURBANS. NOT YOUR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR GENERAL UPKEEP.. REALLY TURNS ME OFF TO G.M. PRODUCTS AND THE PIECES OF CRAP THEY TURN OUT FOR HIGH DOLLARS EVERY YEAR.
