The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500. The driver side shoulder seat belt in the center row will not retract and appears to be jammed. The failure occurred 100 miles after the warranty expired. The dealer has not been notified. NHTSA campaign id number 05V163000 (seat belts:rear) was referenced. The current mileage was 42,000 and failure mileage was 35,900.
