Suburban LTZ

  • Automatic transmission
  • 95,000 miles

Due to the peeling of the laminate on both driver side door handle and passenger side door handle, I and several of my passengers have sustained significant finger lacerations. In a lifetime of owning vehicles I have never had this issue with previous vehicles. Substandard materials are being used by GM in the making of very costly and plush vehicles. I have owned many Chevys in my past and this is my second Suburban . I will probably never own another Chevy. In light of the fact that GM was saved from Chapter 11 by the government the very least they can do is produce a good product. And this goes along with a seat warmer that failed, button covers that are peeling steering wheel cover wearing, a cracked dashboard and a non functional door lock.

My last Suburban if this is GM quality. The "chrome" sticker on the inside door handle is peeling, causing for sharp edges. Both front door handles.
