Vehicle was involved in accident, the force to the side impact possibly caused the seat bracket to bend causing the seat buckle attachment bar to pop free from the holding pin, this resulted in the back seat consumer to somersault over the back seat injuring his foot. Consumer feels this is an unsafe design.
