While driving in heavy traffic the windshield wipers do not remain in contact with the windshield to adequately clear it, the consumer believes the problem is temperature related because when the vehicle is taken to the dealer in the warm shop and the vehicle is not moving the wipers work fine, possible design flaw. Nlm
