Tahoe LS 4.8L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 55,000 miles

While I was driving, the oil pressure gauge fell to zero, which possibly could have meant that I blew a gasket and all of the oil was rushing out of my engine, causing it to seize, etc., etc. Checked oil, everything was fine. Took it to the dealership, while under warranty, and they said it was the instrument panel cluster, which they replaced.
