The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speeds, the contact noticed that while activating the turn signals, the lights were blinking continuously with an unknown warning light illuminated. The contact parked the vehicle noticed a lot of moisture and condensation in the lower half of the driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side headlights and turn signals. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who inspected the vehicle and attempted to replace the bulbs for the front turn signals lamps however, the failure reoccurred. The contact took the vehicle back to the independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the headlight assemblies needed to be replaced. Additionally, there was rust in the plug for the turn signals due to condensation. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000. Consumer stated light bulbs have been replaced 3 times in 1.5 years.
