Defroster became inoperable during cold weather. This condition resulted in water condensate forming on the inner windshield, side windows and back window and caused poor visibility. Poor visibility could have resulted in a possible accident, injury or death. The dealership found the A/C electrical circuits to be defective and a fuse blown. This is know condition for this vehicle, and a tsb was found on this problem. The vehicle was repaired by the dealership, however the repair was refused to be covered under warranty.

The engine knocks and rattle when it is first started sounds like there is either a valvtrain or piston slap problem in the engine. Also the air conditioning has this odor that is really nasty to smell when you first turn on the unit. The brake pads have been replaced twice within the last year and the rotors have been replaced as well.
