The vehicle will not start or hard starts in cold weather (40 degrees or colder). I have taken the vehicle to the dealer on 3 occasions. The vehicle has 40,000 miles on it.

Key lock was not releasing keys from the ignition, it was stuck. Contacted dealer, they could not get key out either. Had to replace key lock.key being in ignition was drainning battery. This was a common problem.
