While traveling at 45 to 50 mph another vehicle in front slammed on vehicle's brakes, and consumer's vehicle rear ended the other vehicle. None of airbags deployed, and drivers side seatbelt failed to lock. Consumer was injured by steering wheel. Consumer had vehicle towed to dealer.
