Tracker 2.0L 4 cyl

Will be checking brake fluid flow valve, and replacing fluid - although was nominal in reservoir. Will update - other checks to make.

Update from May 26, 2009: The latest thought on this increasing power steering stiffness is that it involves the lower steering column knuckle joints (gradually seizing up). The cost is over $600 for the part. Outside temperature still affects the problem - the warmer the temperature the easier the steering.

Am getting a second opinion from a Suzuki dealer as my experience in this city has proven that GM mechanics do not have enough time on the Tracker (Suzuki) to diagnose important problems.

The new symptom with the steering is that it appears to be binding at various positions when the wheel is turned from wheel lock to wheel lock.
