2003 Chevrolet Tracker, left rear tire came off and struck unit #2. unit #1 then drove off the right side and struck the guardrail. Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0110-89. Updated 07/19/10. The lug nuts were not properly torqued. Updated 09/21/10
