I am very annoyed by this. I took it to Checy Dealer in Maple Heights, OHIO and they wanted to charge me 270 bucks just to see where it was leaking from. I took it to a second mechanic and he said you can tell by looking at it where it is leaking from and that the steel line is corroded and leaking. He quoted me 559 to fix. I called the place i bought it from, Bedford Auto Wholesale because I have only had the car 9 months and he sent me to a third mechanic who told me 500 to fix. Also when i left there my Service Engine Soon light came on and it was not on when I brought it there. I am very upset that there is an investigation into this and nothing has been resolved. I do not have 500 dollars lyintg around nor do I enjoy smelling gas everytime I go somewhere. I have 2 small children and that is our only transportation. I think this needs to be a rush to resolve seeing that there are other people having the same problem.

Back in 2004 I took my TB in because of a strong gas odor I was concerned about. The dealer kept it for 2 days and said they replaced a hose free of charge and that shoudl be fine. I still have the gas odor and now it is worse than ever. Chevy wants too much to look at it again. I am tired of fighting with this vehicle! Can I paint it yellow and park it in fornt of their lot?! This is the 3rd major issue I have had with this vehicle! I will never buy another Chevy!!!
